Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mixtter, including our mobile apps, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Mixtter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use Mixtter

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Mixtter. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws. You may not use Mixtter if you have been suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not impersonate others, use misleading usernames, or create accounts for abusive purposes.
  • You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through Settings.

3. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you post on Mixtter. By posting content, you grant Mixtter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Includes harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • Contains sexual exploitation of minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
  • Is spam, deceptive, or manipulative (including fake engagement or impersonation).
  • Attempts to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the platform.

4. Social features

  • Posts and interactions: You may publish posts, reply, comment, like, repost, and quote content according to product rules.
  • Direct messages: Private messages must comply with these Terms. Do not use DMs for harassment or illegal activity.
  • Blocking and reporting: You may block users and report violations. We review reports and may take enforcement action.
  • Verification: Verified badges are granted at our discretion and may be revoked if misused.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using Mixtter, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Mixtter, its branding, logos, software, and design elements are owned by Mixtter or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates that are required for security or compatibility.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MIXTTER DOES NOT CONTROL USER CONTENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OPINIONS, ADVICE, OR CONTENT POSTED BY USERS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIXTTER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using Mixtter at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Mixtter after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
